She holds advanced degrees in the Philosophy and Education of Yoga, Astrology, and Fine Arts, and is often described as “a walking university of knowledge.”

Her presence is both grounding and catalytic. She ignites creativity, restores harmony, and offers practical tools that teams and individuals can apply immediately to improve communication, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Whether on a stage, in a boardroom, or leading a retreat, Ambika guides others back to the core of themselves — revealing that happiness is our true nature, and peace is always available within.

Passion

I am in love with the mystery of being alive. My greatest joy is guiding others to rediscover their natural rhythm — that quiet, knowing place beneath the noise of thought.

My passion weaves through every story I tell, every page I write, and every moment I share with an audience. Whether I’m speaking, painting, singing, or teaching, I invite people into a deeper conversation with themselves — one where the mind softens, the heart opens, and peace becomes a lived experience.

I am most fulfilled when someone looks at me with awe and says, “I finally felt stillness.” These moments remind me that the path of guiding others inward is sacred.

What nourishes me? Watching the sky change colors. Digging in the soil with my bare hands. Gliding through antique cities and admiring their architecture. Singing while bouncing on my trampoline. Sharing soulful meals with new friends. Smelling jasmine on the wind and skating like no one is watching.

My life is an offering of presence. My work is an invitation to return to yours.

Best Story

In ninth grade, my English teacher told me I would never amount to anything. I struggled with spelling and was drowning in self-doubt. But what she couldn’t see — and what I hadn’t yet fully realized — was that my superpower had already been awakened.

Meditation entered my life when I was just six years old. It taught me how to witness thought instead of being consumed by it. That single tool — the ability to observe my thoughts and to understand that the mind is external — became the golden thread through everything I do.

Years later, technology gave me the bridge I needed, and I began writing. Today, I am the award-winning, bestselling author of six books released under my indie press. My sixth book reflects on the many faces of love — friendship, family, heartbreak — and the truth that keeps returning to me: to truly feel love from others, we must strengthen the love we hold for ourselves.

This is the work I now share with audiences and coaching clients — helping them unhook from old narratives, reclaim their voices, and live with greater clarity, joy, and peace.

Origin Story

I grew up on a farm, surrounded by horses, open skies, and a family who nurtured my creativity. My earliest teachers were animals and nature — especially the horses I learned to train with patience, intuition, and presence. My parents filled our home with love, music, dance, and encouragement. From a young age, I was immersed in drawing, storytelling, and the magic of asking big questions.

By six, I was already meditating. I didn’t know it would become the cornerstone of my life’s work — only that it helped me understand myself in ways words couldn’t. For a long time, I thought I would become a theoretical physicist. But the deeper I went into study, the more I felt pulled toward the mystery beneath it all — a path that led me to Eastern philosophy, studying the stars, mythology, and eventually to yoga, where I studied in six different schools and two ashram lineages.

Instead of chasing equations, I chose to illuminate consciousness. I turned my love of visual art, sound, and symbolism into a calling: inspiring others to reconnect with their creative spark, tame their minds, and awaken inner peace.
