Passion

As a woman who had her voice muted for over a decade, I am deeply committed to helping women speak with clarity and confidence on every stage they step onto, every time they speak. I am most energized when I see women who have been quiet, overlooked, or self-doubting realize that their voice matters—and then watch them walk into rooms with clarity, confidence, and presence. That work lights my soul on fire.

Best Story

I often share an interactive story from my experience in a Warrior Bootcamp that illustrates the impact of strong leadership, a supportive community, and the power of not walking the journey alone. In order to confront one of my greatest fears, heights, I chose to participate in a warrior-style bootcamp that had me climbing trees and navigating ropes suspended in the air. It pushed me to face fears multiple times throughout the day.

During the final challenge, suspended high above the ground, I reached a moment where I was ready to quit. "I can't do this!" However, with a leader calmly instructing me, a community cheering me on, and someone on the ropes beside me who believed in me, I took the next step, and the next, until I reached the goal. The story becomes a lively, high-energy moment on stage, with the audience repeatedly shouting, “Take the next step!” Together, we experience the truth that growth doesn’t happen all at once—it happens one courageous step at a time, especially when we’re supported and willing to keep moving forward.

Origin Story

I started out on stage and screen as a child actress—and I loved it. Using my voice. Taking up space. Being seen felt natural. But at the height of that early career, the pressure became too much for me and my family. So I made a choice. I muted my voice. I dimmed my light.

For more than a decade, I stayed behind the scenes. I became supportive. I became quiet. I learned how to not rock the boat and not take up too much space. And along the way, I watched how often capable women—especially women in leadership—do the same thing in their careers. We don’t lose our voice. We learn to silence it.

Eventually, everything in my life fell apart, and it was time for a reset. This time, I chose to come back to the stage differently—not as an actress, but as a speaker and trainer focused on leadership communication and presence.

Since then, I’ve trained with Les Brown, led his speaker training program, become the number-one trainer in a national training company, and served in leadership roles within training organizations. I’ve shared stages with leaders like Lisa Nichols, Suze Orman, and Michelle Obama, and my clients include Toyota Motors, MGM Grand, AGI Entertainment, and Mohegan Sun.

But what matters most to me isn’t the stages—it’s the impact. Today, I help women leaders who struggle to be seen and heard speak with clarity, confidence, and presence. I teach them how to command the room, trust their voice, and lead in a way that feels powerful and authentic—because I know firsthand what it costs to stay silent, and what becomes possible when you stop.
