I love creating talks and workshops that evoke curiosity, actionable takeaways on how to use your Emotions as your smartest allies.
I spoke at at event of high level cyber security professionals. This was my first time presenting to this industry. After my talk, one CEO walked up to me and said, " In my long career, this was the most fun and engaging presentation I have attended".
Launching HT Compassion and stepping into my identity as an EQ Strategist was both intentional and born from one of the most difficult seasons of my life. I launched my company during my divorce—a time when everything felt uncertain, heavy, and emotionally raw. Instead of letting that season diminish me, I chose to build something that would contribute to the emotional well-being of individuals, communities, and society at large. I wanted to turn my pain into purpose and use my expertise to help others navigate their own emotional landscapes with confidence and compassion.
My name, Hiba, means gift, and I’ve always believed that sharing my gifts—my training, my lived experience, my emotional insight—is a form of self-love. It’s how I heal, how I stay grounded, and how I find meaning. The more I invested in lifting others, the more I rebuilt myself. HT Compassion became more than a business; it became a movement centered on dignity, emotional safety, and human connection.
