Marta Spirk is a TEDx speaker, best-selling author, and recording artist who helps speakers and entrepreneurs clarify their message, craft a compelling signature talk, and deliver it with confidence and authority. With a background in performance and over seven years of experience in business and visibility strategy, she teaches women how to position themselves as experts, communicate with trust, and turn speaking engagements into aligned opportunities for growth - on stage and on camera.
Speaking topics include:
-Message clarity and signature talk creation for speakers and entrepreneurs
-Confident delivery strategies that build authority and trust
-Using speaking engagements to position yourself as the expert
-Converting stages into clients without feeling salesy
-Leveraging on-stage and on-camera visibility for business growth
My passion lies in guiding women to own their voice, deliver a clear and compelling signature talk, and use speaking as a powerful path to authority and impact.
One of the most impactful stories I share on stage is the moment I learned I was having triplets during an ultrasound. What began as shock and overwhelming fear slowly became a powerful lesson in trust, adaptability, and growth as I learned to navigate an unexpected reality. Through that journey, I realized that the challenges we fear most often carry the greatest opportunities for expansion - and by sharing this story, I invite audiences to reflect on their own life and business challenges, reframe them with compassion, and step forward feeling empowered rather than paralyzed by uncertainty.
My journey began in Brazil and led me to the U.S., where I discovered that while I had the skills and ambition to succeed, I was still holding back my voice. My biggest “aha” moment as a founder came when I realized that growth didn’t come from doing more or being louder, but from fully embodying my message—once I stopped trying to fit a mold and started showing up with clarity, presence, and authenticity, both my business and impact expanded in powerful ways.
