I am CEO & Founder of CEPHR, LLC, a Boutique HR, Culture, and DEIB Firm that partners with Small to Medium Businesses across the United States to build their People and Operations Cultures with an Equity Lens.

I'm a proud 17-year HR Professional with a unique and disruptive approach to the Industry. Trusted by many Clients, Partners, and my Community, I founded CEPHR to build Psychologically-Safe Cultures where teams can thrive.

Additionally, I'm a Wife, Aunt, Daughter, friend, and Community Builder. I have a passion for Volunteerism and Philanthropy, which has earned me three Awards. I love to read, write, spend time with family and friends, and I'm a Co-Author of a Children's Book, "Can a Zebra Change Its Stripes?"
