Biography

For nearly two decades, Leslie Grossman has been a trailblazer in leadership, gender equality, and women’s empowerment. An accomplished executive coach, dynamic keynote speaker, and highly regarded researcher, Leslie transforms executives and entrepreneurs alike with her insights and actionable strategies for success. Leslie leads women’s leadership programs including The George Washington University – Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, where her unique program, the Executive Women’s Leadership Program - is in its’ eighth year.
Her third book, 'Start with Vision', and her speeches integrate her experience as a serial entrepreneur; the founder of a 10-year running national women's leadership conference program, an executive coach to men and women; and a senior researcher where she interviewed top C-suite women leaders their CEOs, direct reports and peers to discover their internal and external 'DNA'. Leslie is a thought leader shaping the next generation of women leaders and leaves her audience inspired and with actionable steps to achieve their vision..

Origin Story

1) 9/11 occurred 60 blocks from the office of my PR/Marketing Company which caused me to realize how fragile life is and to put 1000% into living the life of my dreams where I could make a difference in people's lives leading me to become a leadership coach.; 2) As a leadership coach and researcher, I began to Understand that while women were equal in leadership abilities - they had the biggest challenges to overcome and that my research and experience as a coach, speaker, trainer and author could support them in living their personal visions as leaders while leading a fulfilled personal life
