Biography

I'm excited to share a slice of my journey and the impact it continues to shape! For over two decades, I've been privileged to assist leaders and their teams in scaling personal and professional heights. As an Executive Coach and Speaker, my zest for cohesive communication and adept change management has been at the core of each interaction.
Equipped with certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching, the John Maxwell Company, and Dream Coach University, I thrive on translating diverse experiences from communication to anthropology into compelling narratives that resonate with audiences across the spectrum.
Speaking engagements are more than talks; they are platforms to ignite thoughts on #Leadership, #Persistence, #Integrity, and #Philanthropy. With each presentation, I aim not just to inform but to inspire action and sustained growth.
As an author, with titles like 'Cancer: From Tragedy to Triumph' and 'Dead Rita's Wisdom' under my belt, my commitment to sharing groundbreaking stories of resilience and hope takes new flight.
The ITAFARI Foundation represents the embodiment of using one's skills for the greater good—devoting time to support the vibrant women and children of Rwanda.
In the grand tapestry of life and career, it’s about making connections that empower, uplift, and create avenues for meaningful change. Here's to overcoming challenges, seizing opportunities, and leaving a lasting legacy!

Passion

Talking about overcoming cancer, facing fears head-on, overcoming doubts, and knowing I am not difficult but determined to change the world.

Best Story

In 2014, I was diagnosed with oral cancer. In 2015, the surgeon said the only option was to cut my mouth off, and he stated if I didn't do it, I would die. I said no and found a surgeon that offered another solution. I realized I would listen to him if he listened to me. Since that time, I recovered and graduated from Harvard University with honors and a Master's in Anthropology and Archeology with a thesis focus on media and ending the use of child soldiers as weapons of war. What is possible when we listen to our voice and bravely face the storms of life? Success, peace, and clarity mean that anything is possible. In the silence of adversity, a whisper can become a roar—a symbol of strength, of defiance. Meet Victoria Trabosh, a speaker who embodies the resilience of the human spirit. Just as clarity emerged from chaos, everything I do resonates with the clarity of success. What is possible when we listen—to ourselves, our inner strength, and our ambition? Inspiration. Determination. Empowerment. Victoria isn't just a speaker. She's an experience—celebrating every voice that dared to rise above the storm.
Because when you dare to listen, anything is possible.
Find your voice, and let it roar.

Origin Story

As a serial entrepreneur, I have always been driven by a fierce desire to succeed. Even during a short stint as a corporate executive mid-career, I knew that my true calling lay in running my own business. That's why I took the bold decision to leave and return to my entrepreneurial roots. I remember telling my staff, "It's not that I want to go; it's that I can't stay." I was willing to risk everything to fail, and I did it. I started a successful executive coaching career, co-founded a foundation for Rwanda, spoke at the United Nations and TEDx authored two books and co-hosted a podcast with over 750,000 subscribers. I am not one to shy away from a challenge, and I take on the storms of life head-on. I firmly believe that the only thing standing between me and success is myself, and I am constantly pushing myself to overcome any obstacles that come my way.
