Biography

I am a global leadership development executive, management consultant, executive coach, speaker, and business owner. In my current role as co-founder and managing partner of Harris Whitesell Consulting LLC, as well as in my previous roles as global head of organizational effectiveness, talent management and enterprise learning for large global organizations over the past 30 years, I have helped create cultures that engage and perform, coached hundreds of executives, leaders and teams, and developed thousands of professionals around the world.

I have extensive speaking experience with audiences large and small, in countries across the globe. I speak at public seminars, conferences, and corporate, community, educational, and private events. I speak to teach, to inspire and to enable successful people and organizations to become even more successful.

When I am not working, I can be found volunteering at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington - mentoring students, speaking at International MBA classes, attending executive education advisory board meetings, and acting as past chair of the alumni association.
