I invite the reader into my own life experiences and years of learning and growth, to provide the tools needed for living in better alignment with your true nature.
The response I received from that book led me to curate the stories of 22 other brave women who were ready to reclaim their joy and we published the SheBreathes Soul Stories Anthology. For over two decades, I led a thriving sales training business in the life science sector, excelling as a leader and fostering strong client relationships. However, despite outward success, I felt a deep sense of emptiness in my soul, prompting a quest for purpose and fulfillment.
A pivotal moment came when a dear friend battled stage IV lung cancer, sparking a profound shift in my perspective. Inspired by her courage, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and founded SheBreathes Women's Collaborative in 2016. This marked the beginning of my personal transformation and a deeper connection to my life's purpose.
Driven by a desire for authenticity, I transitioned to solopreneurship as an Intuitive Mindset Coach and Energy Healer three years later. Despite uncertainties, I followed my intuition and embarked on a path of spiritual awakening. This journey led me to establish WeBreathe Wellness, a sanctuary for growth and healing, just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In 2023, I published two books and founded the WeBreathe WellBeing Soul Sanctuary 501c3 Non Profit, driven by a mission to address the mental health crisis. Through resilience and a commitment to empowering others, I've embraced my calling and created transformative community experiences. This journey of self-discovery has been both challenging and immensely rewarding, guiding me to align my actions with my soul's purpose.
