After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I knew that I needed to do something different with my life. I knew I had a purpose and I wanted to help others become better leaders. After cancer treatment, I decided to take early retirement after 27 years in corporate leadership. Yes, I walked away from a 6 figure job to create my own business and begin the 2nd chapter. I first started with real estate investing. I also purchased a franchise real estate business and began remodeling homes, keeping rental properties and learning as much as I could about the real estate industry.
One of Dr. Jordon's most memorable speaking experiences was at the Women in Business Networking Conference in Atlanta, where she inspired attendees with her heartfelt story and practical insights on overcoming adversity. Her ability to connect with the audience left a lasting impact, igniting passion and motivation among participants.

Three years into the business, I decided to start helping others learn about real estate investing so I began coaching people that were interested. I then realized I enjoyed coaching so I joined the John Maxwell Team, now the Maxwell Leadership Team where I am a Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker.
Being an entrepreneur is so rewarding and I get to decide my own schedule. Being a business owner has allowed me the ability and flexibility to illuminate my potential and life my best life.
Dr. Jordon's journey began on a farm where she cultivated a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of the importance of community. Her experiences as a breast cancer survivor have shaped her resilience and commitment to helping others navigate their own challenges in leadership and life.
