The Strengths Coach (me) - that didn't like her strengths profile! Yep, saw them as her weaknesses.
And who walked away from that discovery workshop saying, 'Everybody needs to know their strengths' and found her calling.
Another favorite coaching story is an aha moment my client experienced while we were reviewing past successes & fulfilling job experiences as she was preparing for job interviews. She realized that her most fulfilling and favorite job experience was when All of her Top Strengths were at play. She has most recently advanced to a Director position where indeed, all of her top strengths are at play, and loving her work!
I spent most of my adolescent and young adult years attempting to live up to the expectations of others. I always found myself in comparison-mode, feeling ‘not good enough,’ i.e.: stuck in weakness-fixing. When I came upon the CliftonStrengths assessment (formerly known as StrengthsFinder 2.0), I began to understand how I’m wired and that when I use my talents, I offer something valuable. My world shifted!
I’ve been on a mission ever since, to foster ‘strengths-based’ thinking everywhere I go and with everyone I meet. I want others to live their best lives, armed with a full knowledge of their strengths.
My wish for you is that you will …

Mental Fitness: The X-Factor in Performance & Happiness
Today more than ever individuals are struggling with burnout, fatigue, and feeling overwhelmed.
· What if all it took was 15 minutes a day to change your life?
· What if you could stop all that negative self-talk and self-sabotaging behavior and actually reprogram it?
· What if you could actually develop a more positive resilient mindset?
This program is based on Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence research.
Positive Intelligence is the measure of your mental fitness, which is your capacity to respond to life's challenges with a positive rather than negative mindset.
If you’re physically fit, you can climb steep hills without physical stress. If you’re mentally fit, you can handle life’s great challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions.
If you’re not mentally fit, you feel mental stress – anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness – as you handle work and relationship challenges.
Problem: The bad news is that 80% of people score below the minimum level of mental fitness required for peak performance and happiness.
Solution: The great news is that with recent breakthroughs in neuroscience and technology, you can now improve your mental fitness significantly within 7 weeks of practice by learning to change our brain-activation from Saboteur brain (survival, fear-driven, negative emotions) to Sage brain (clear, calm, positive emotions).
During this empowering webinar session, we offer you a sneak peek into what may be standing in your own way of reaching peak performance and experiencing true happiness.
