Best Story

Pamela was a 62 year old sugar addict who had already tried absolutely everything to kick her sugar addiction- every diet, program, pill and book available. She was beyond hope. This addiction had destroyed her confidence in ever getting well or losing the excess fat she held. In fact, she had become a diabetic for more than 20 years with high blood pressure and intestinal issues to the extent of which she had to have part of her intestines removed.

One thing she had not understood previously was the part that her childhood trauma and emotional damage in her health and her sugar addiction.

Once that connection was made and she began healing that damage, eating mindfully with foods that were tailored for her body's unique needs instead of the latest program or diet plan, and practicing self-care, her A1c went from 7.4 on medications to 5.3 with zero medications, dropped her blood pressure and watched her waistline shrink before her eyes.

Transforming your health and losing weight takes just a few things -

Origin Story

Watching my mom sort through her every possession that afternoon, trying to decide if she was going to donate it, store it or move it to the nursing home with her was devastating. She was too young for this. She was only 49 years old. She had taken all of the medications to prevent this from happening, yet here we were.
That afternoon I went on a mission to find something that could help her and to make sure I never ended up in the same situation, debilitated from Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and relying on the government for her care.
Shortly after that day, I met a woman at a health conference who had been living with MS for 26 years just like my mom. She only she was virtually untouched. She was married to a pharmacist, yet she did not take any medications. She said he didn't believe in the meds because the side effects were too great and the population studies too short and small. When I pressed her for more information, she shared she simply built her body up with a healthy diet, supplements and exercise. Three things my mom had paid minimal attention to over her lifetime. I dove into researching and the more I learned about nutrition, the more in awe I was.
Through my research, I saw people reversing MS, heart disease, cancer, fibromyalgia and tons of other diseases I thought came with a life sentence of misery once you received the diagnosis. I went back to school and achieved a certification in nutrition from the School of Nutrition Sciences. With the knowledge I acquired, I was able to help my mom improve her quality of life and according to her medical staff extend her life by 5-10 years. I have been on a mission for the last 20 years to ensure no one has to suffer unnecessarily due to lack of knowledge or tools.
