Caterina Rando, passionately serves women on a mission. Her over twenty-five years of educating and empowering entrepreneurs, makes her truly masterful at providing a ton of value with heart. Caterina is all about, positivity, integrity, generosity, community and providing actionable content and uplifting others.
Caterina is a sought-after-speaker, workshop and retreat leader and a prolific author her books include: Learn to Think Differently, from Watkins Publishing, released in over thirteen countries and several languages, A Women’s Guide To Starting a Giving Circle and her latest book, the ABCs of Public Speaking which quickly hit #1 in four Amazon best-seller categories. She has also so-authored several books including: Give Stress a Rest, Empowered Self-Care and Savvy Leadership Strategies for Women.
Caterina leads the Bliss Retreat for Women Leaders on A Mission, The Sought-After-Speaker Mastermind Adventure and a program to teach women how to do their own retreats and run group programs. Her long corporate client list includes: AT&T, Sprint, Chevron, AVAYA, and Lucent, just to name a few. She has presented at conferences on four continents and always is a favorite speaker.
Caterina is also the host of the popular podcast titled Expand Your Fempire and has also published the Expand Your Fempire App. She is also, the founder of The Thriving Women in Business Center in San Francisco, a place for women to gather and host workshops.
Passion
Raising money for education and entrepreneurship training for women and girls around the world. I lead a project called Thriving Women in Business Giving. We raise funds for these causes. I am an advocate for women not waiting until they are wealthy or retired to embrace philanthropy. We have a message that philanthropy is possible at every stage of life and you can start making a huge difference today.

This depends on the topic: I tell my Bench Story: About Getting 100 people to donate $50 to by a bench for a man to uplift his life and remind him of his significant impact and how that gesture impacted many lives all over again. I also tell my Nun Story about how my mom bought four nuns for me year after year. I do mean real praying nuns. It is a fun and amazing story that always gets some laughs.
Origin Story
I knew early on I did not like working for anyone else, When the opportunity came to own my own cafe' and catering company in my mid twenties I took it. After a few years I was clear I loved business, I loved connecting with and serving people, I also got clear I did not love food service of feel it was my destiny. That all changed when I felt a pang of bliss in my chest after a business woman express gratitude for the advice I had given her. That moment set my professional life on a different path.
