Pradeep is a philanthropist in the education, diversity and culture space. Pradeep is also a film maker, blogger and artist.
As a Board member at the Starbucks Women Impact Network, an Advisory Board Member at the Sasaki Foundation, and a regular sponsor of the New England Museum Association, Pradeep is working toward creating sustainable and diverse cultures.
Realizing that business is not merely about monetary success and that the different levers that move society are in order of priority - entertainment, education, investment, diversity, technology and connection. This made me venture down the path of changing culture and educating via entertainment and investing in diversity, gender-equity and technology.
Pradeep has changed career direction at every step. This leads to steep learning curves but has enabled him to gather an eclectic skill set - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Masters in Aerospace Engineering, Ph. D in structural dynamics. His first job was in software engineering; second job in consulting; third job in advertising; founding own company, Novus Laurus, Investing in startups such as Innovation Women; producing movies; speaking on diversity and entrepreneurship; and writing children's books.
