Nicole Anderson is an author, international speaker, and serial entrepreneur whose life and work are anchored in faith, discipline, and purpose. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, HR, and organizational transformation, Nicole believes that true strength is formed when spiritual alignment and physical discipline work together.
She is the founder of MEND HR Solutions, an established HR and recruiting firm that has guided leaders and organizations through growth, transition, and complex change. She is also the founder of Revival Faith & Fitness, a strength and conditioning gym built on biblical principles of stewardship, perseverance, and self-discipline. Training the body while strengthening the spirit. In addition, Nicole founded Love Inspiring Life, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring hope and dignity to individuals impacted by sexual trafficking and exploitation.

I recognize that many women with such backgrounds face daunting barriers in achieving self-sufficiency and entrepreneurial success. Fueled by a deep commitment to change, I strive to be a voice for the voiceless, providing support and guidance to those who need it most. My mission has always been clear: to empower women to rise above their circumstances and embrace their potential.
My career in the Human Resources industry spans two decades, and by the age of 32, I carved out a path that many young women in this field only dream of. I boldly ventured into entrepreneurship, founding my own HR and Recruiting Consulting Firm, and I’ve made it my mission to uplift women who have faced abuse and trauma. These courageous women often struggle to find their footing in entrepreneurship and self-sufficiency, but I am committed to changing that narrative. Through my work, I strive to be a powerful advocate, creating opportunities for women to thrive despite their past. I believe that every woman deserves a chance to succeed and find her own voice. Continuing this mission, I launched Love Inspiring Life, a non-profit dedicated to combating sexual exploitation and trafficking. We are tackling systemic challenges head-on, working to enact legislation that imposes stricter penalties on perpetrators. Our goal is to amplify the voices of those who have been silenced and to put an end to these heinous crimes against women. Together, we are rewriting the story and empowering women to reclaim their lives and futures.
