My career in the Human Resources industry spans two decades, and by the age of 32, I carved out a path that many young women in this field only dream of. I boldly ventured into entrepreneurship, founding my own HR and Recruiting Consulting Firm, and I’ve made it my mission to uplift women who have faced abuse and trauma. These courageous women often struggle to find their footing in entrepreneurship and self-sufficiency, but I am committed to changing that narrative. Through my work, I strive to be a powerful advocate, creating opportunities for women to thrive despite their past. I believe that every woman deserves a chance to succeed and find her own voice. Continuing this mission, I launched Love Inspiring Life, a non-profit dedicated to combating sexual exploitation and trafficking. We are tackling systemic challenges head-on, working to enact legislation that imposes stricter penalties on perpetrators. Our goal is to amplify the voices of those who have been silenced and to put an end to these heinous crimes against women. Together, we are rewriting the story and empowering women to reclaim their lives and futures.
