Passion

I am passionate about cultivating trust—trust in our intuition, our actions, and our relationships with others.
- Trusting Intuition: It empowers us to make sound decisions, even in uncertain situations.
- Trusting Action: It fosters confidence in our ability to create change.
- Trust with Others: This is essential for effective leadership. It involves earning the trust of others to follow your lead and empowering them to act on your behalf, enabling delegation, scalability, and momentum.
I inspire individuals to trust their inner voice and take action to bridge the gap between their desires and tangible results.

Origin Story

Disconnect

For years, I thrived in the fast-paced world of corporate strategy. As an engineer by training, I reveled in the logic and problem-solving of transforming the world's largest companies as a consultant. Later, in the tech industry, I helped the biggest brands leverage the power of the internet.

Yet, a nagging feeling persisted – a disconnect between the analytical rigor I embraced and the impact I craved. I wanted to help people change their systems, not just optimize them for profit.

A Spark

Then, a pivotal moment struck. Leading a virtual culture summit during COVID, I witnessed the power of connection in a new light. The energy of 2400 people across the globe, virtually united, sent a jolt through me. A dormant passion roared back to life as I engaged with the speakers and team members and saw motivation and purpose ignited. It felt like a deep knowing, a whisper beyond the realm of logic. This change-making was a path I needed to explore.

Unmuting Intuition

This external shift mirrored an internal one. As a lifelong rational thinker, I had always downplayed intuition. Yet, it had always guided me in subtle ways, nudging me in the right direction even when the data seemed inconclusive. Corporate life, however, often muted this vital voice.

Taking the Leap

Fueled by an unshakeable desire, I "quiet quit" the corporate world, carving space to prepare for a dormant dream. The universe, however, had bigger plans. An unexpected leadership change, downsizing, and role change provided the final push.

Building the Bridge

Suddenly, with time and space, creativity blossomed. I started a newsletter, "What the Actual F*** Are We Doing Here?" My honest, insightful voice resonated with a growing audience. This led to my first client and the birth of the "VIEW Framework," a system for unlocking intuition-guided decision making.

Intuition Meets Strategy

As an engineer and seasoned business strategist, I craved a way to bridge the gap between the analytical and the intuitive. I started offering tarot readings, a personal hobby, and experimented with using tarot as a tool to unlock inner wisdom for professionals. These readings, grounded in logic and reinterpreted for the boardroom, evolved into the creation of Corporate Tarot Cards™ - a tool, the first of its kind, to use the power of intuition to make strategic decisions.

Empowering Action

As an Intuition Strategist, I empower leaders to bridge the gap between gut feeling and strategic action. My VIEW Framework leverages their strategic acumen and operational expertise, while harnessing the power of intuition. The results? Leaders making phenomenal decisions and achieving outcomes beyond their wildest dreams.

Actionable Intuition: Our Human AI

Make better, faster, confident decisions and be leaders, influencers, and linchpins of the future.

Tapping into our intuition is powerful. People who can synthesize all available information to make better, faster, confident decisions – on and off the clock – will be positioned as thought leaders, influencers and linchpins of the future. By informing and listening to our intuition, we are more inclined to make decisions aligned with our values and practice leadership that others can support and will follow.

In this talk, the audience will be introduced to informed intuition, understand how this human superpower differentiates our decision-making, and an actionable framework to practice using Actionable Intuition.

The VIEW Framework

Mindsets and tactics to achieve success amidst transformation and uncertainty.

The VIEW Framework is built on the belief that to achieve our success, we need to acknowledge the systems around us. We also must acknowledge that we have the knowledge, ability and fortitude inherently within ourselves to navigate these systems. VIEW helps us move from idea to action to outcome to learning and back again.

V: Value | What we bring to the world in which we operate
I: Insight | How we use external signals to navigate toward our goals
E: Empowerment | Building the momentum to reach our goals
W: Wisdom | The learnings we uncover and share along the way

In this talk, the audience will be introduced to the VIEW framework and understand how the four elements can be practiced to strengthen leadership and influence change.
