Passion

I love being able to bring out the best in others, especially women so they can rise higher in their career and be paid what they are worth. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge so others don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Best Story

I love getting messages like this: "I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for sending me your book in December (following your post on [Legal related website]). It came in handy at a critical time when I had to make a decision about a career move. It helped me focus on what was most important to me, which was very different from how things looked on paper. I am now 3 weeks in to a job change and couldn’t be more certain that I made the right move! I am so thankful for your shared insight! One true fan, Kate T (in-house lawyer)

Origin Story

I started out as an in-house lawyer and figured out in my first year as a lawyer for SEGA that I was very business oriented. Long-story short, I spent 3 years there, 5 years at INTUIT and then moved to start-ups to help companies from a legal and business operations capacity build a successful, saleable company. After a divorce and starting a new job, I started my own company with my new husband's words in my ear - "Just think how much more successful you will become with someone supportive by your side." Indeed. Now I have the opportunity to help others succeed in their career and with their businesses.
