Coaching global leaders and global teams, helping people succeed
My leadership journey began as a civil servant with the Government of India. As Deputy Head of Security at one of India's largest airports, I led more than 600 personnel in a high-risk, high-accountability environment. While operational excellence was essential, I came to realize that my greatest impact — and fulfillment — came not from tasks alone, but from human dynamics: trust, presence, and the quality of leadership behaviors.
That insight shaped my transition into leadership development more than 15 years ago. As I deepened my work in emotional intelligence, and organizational leadership, I discovered coaching — not just as a method, but as a powerful leadership capability. I saw how it enables leaders to reflect, gain awareness, and unlock performance at both individual and systemic levels.
At its core, coaching helps leaders clearly define where they are , where they need to go to have the influence and impact they desire, and how to navigate that journey with intention and effectiveness. It is a privilege to partner with leaders in this work, and an honor to serve as an ICF ACC certified executive coach trained through an ICF-accredited program.
I started out in chemistry—very analytical, very structured. But my career moved into India’s federal services, and later into one of the most demanding environments I’ve ever experienced: leading security operations at a major airport with 600+ personnel.
In that world, the playbook is clear—protocols, coordination, consequences. But what I learned most deeply was not operational. It was human: when the stakes rise, people look to the leader for meaning. Not motivation. Not more meetings. Meaning: What matters right now? What’s the priority? What’s the next step?
I watched how clarity and presence could stabilize a team—and how uncertainty could spread when a leader was rushed or reactive.
Years later, I found myself in global development and organizational work—World Bank Group/IFC, USAID, and beyond. Different setting, same pattern: leaders navigating complexity, multicultural dynamics, visibility, and change.
That’s the thread that connects my work. I coach leaders to cut through noise, strengthen calm presence, and communicate in ways that build trust—so they can lead with impact in high-stakes, multicultural systems.
