Dr. Angela D. Reddix is a visionary entrepreneur, CEO, Chair, and Founder of ARDX®, with 25 years of experience in Healthcare Management and Technology.
She is committed to making a positive impact on the world, especially on girls and women. As a result, she created Envision Lead Grow, a non-profit organization that teaches young girls and women valuable skills such as financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership. She also established The Mustard Seed Place, which provides a welcoming environment for women to connect and access resources. This space fosters networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, focusing on collaboration and community. By encouraging women to support one another and work together towards self-actualization, The Mustard Seed Place creates a society that promotes social and professional success.
Dr. Angela is also passionate about advocating for healthcare equality and accessibility and about using entrepreneurship to bring about positive change in the world.
Dr. Reddix is an accomplished author, having written several best-selling books. Her latest work, which she co-authored, 'She's Got the Power: Women Building Wealth Through Financial Literacy and Sisterhood,' with her RR Fund Sisters, aims to normalize the conversation about money for women throughout the United States, particularly women of color. She also authored 'Envision Lead Grow - Releasing the Boss Within,' a valuable resource for women wanting to start businesses and improve their lives. The book is packed with practical guidance that helps readers shift their mindsets from feeling helpless to purposeful and fulfilled. Additionally, Dr. Reddix is the co-author of 'Business Success Secrets: Entrepreneurial Thinking That Works,' which shares valuable insights on success as an entrepreneur.

Dr. Reddix is a trusted community leader who serves on numerous boards and councils. She is the Board Chair for the YWCA of South Hampton Roads, a member of the Towne Bank Norfolk Board, a member of the CIVIC Leadership Institute, the 757 Collab Board, the Women President's Organization, and JMU Women for Madison Executive Advisory Council. In addition, she is a board member and trustee of various local organizations, including the United Way of South Hampton Roads Foundation Board of Trustees and the Hampton Roads Chamber Regional and Trustee Board. Dr. Reddix is also an accomplished academic, having served as an Assistant Professor and Director of the Hodge Center at Norfolk State and a valued member of Norfolk State University's School of Business Advisory.
Dr. Reddix invests expertise, coaching, and capital in women-owned businesses through her Reddix Rules Fund™ program. As a graduate of James Madison University (JMU), Dr. Reddix and her husband committed $1.1 million to support the Reddix Center for First Generation students through the Reddix Centennial Scholarship Endowment. She is a TEDx speaker, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc., Links Inc., Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and a Forbes Business Council. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration in marketing from JMU, a master’s degree in organizational development from BSU focusing on Training, a graduate certificate in Healthcare Compliance from GWU, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from OSU. Dr. Reddix was born in Norfolk, Virginia, and is a devoted wife and mother of three.
