Realizing that while one person can make a difference, to shift and realign an entire system, it's going to take all of us performing at our best and working together in new ways.
I spent most of my career in advertising and branding and about ten years ago I realized two things. First, I was tired and disillusioned with selling unnecessary products that were just ending up in a landfill when the next new cool product arrived. And second, I watched incredibly talented, creative leaders get burned out by an industry culture that valued profits at the cost of people and purpose. I resolved to shift my creative energy and intelligence into helping businesses lead with more purpose and awareness and helping leaders purposely develop their best selves.
