Best Story

The ah-ha moment for my company was when I transformed curiosity about the future of work into a thriving business model.

Origin Story

I started my career in the media industry in marketing, advertising and brand building. After building a successful executive-level career in media I started my consulting business focused on brand development. I later extended the focus of brand building for companies to building brands for people. I became fascinated to developing people and the future of work. So I returned to school to complete a doctorate from USC. My research was focused on the future of work , artificial intelligence and the impact to organizations and people. While completing my doctorate, I also completed micro-credentials in artificial intelligence business strategy & data analytics to build deeper expertise. Armed with my new degree and credentials, I extended the business to include a focus on the future of work in 2016. I love training and coaching leaders and speaking about the future of work and demystifying how artificial intelligence will shift how, when, where and how we work in the future. I have truly found my passion and am on a mission to elevate and prepare as many people as possible to thrive in the future of work.
