I am a leadership development consultant and coach who educates and supports C-suites and high achievers towards their personal path of self-actualizing growth for the greater good. I have decades of experience in behavior research and leadership development, with a specialization in transformational thinking. This training and experience results in a one of a kind approach to guiding my clients on their paths. My clients learn how to become more calm under stress, self aware, confident, authentic, impactful, powerful, and emotionally intelligent.
Their ability to engage and lead others increases exponentially due to their ability to manage, and inspire new behaviors in their teams. This fosters employee engagement, high performance, innovation, and creative solutions.
I have supported and guided my clients up their own mountains, through IPO’s, startup, fast organic growth, scaling, company sell off, mergers, as well as cultural and strategic pivots.

I am the Engagement Chair of the New England Board of Women in Technology International, an inspirational speaker, author, and expert speaker on Paradise Reclaimed Podcast. I also teach meditation and occasionally walk on fire.
My passions include buddhist meditation, yoga, retreats, and cooking.
Since childhood, I have been interested in understanding metaphysics, the science of mind and life. Early on, I served in a management position at a small French research institute, who’s purpose was the study of the workings of the unconscious mind and the benefits and use of suggestion in behavior modification. My business experience also includes consumer behavior research with the French Ministry of Research and Veuve Clicquot-Ponsardin Champagne, where I worked on consumer sensory perception in relationship to social and psychological product representations. In addition I was a business development professional for PriceWaterhouseCoopers International Services in Paris. After obtaining my doctorate in divinity in metaphysics, I founded my company White Lily Individual Development, LLC.
