Enna Jimenez is a seasoned Technology Leader, author, and advocate for DEI and women empowerment. Her mission is to drive innovation and excellence through non-profit and quality practices, to inspire and equip professionals, especially women and Latinas, to pursue career paths. She is a career coach specializing in leadership and personal growth for mid-senior career women. With 30+ years in leadership, technology, and transformation management, Enna also mentors and champions DEI initiatives. Enna is currently the Chief Development Officer at ALPFA, Inc. helping the organization deliver its 10x growth strategy.
She has led QA teams at IDEMIA, Eastern Bank, Kronos, and Wellington Management, showcasing her prowess in driving quality and excellence across diverse industries. Enna actively engages in community initiatives and serves on boards like the ALPFA National Board of Directors, the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, The Pathway Initiative (TPI) (Chair) and Commonwealth Corporation.
Her impact in tech coupled with her commitment to fostering talent engagement and cultivating community initiatives has earned her widespread recognition and admiration. While at the height of my career, I experienced the 'great downward spiral'. I share my story of resilience climbing the ladder experiencing and all of the tribulations to get there. To then finding myself for the first time, trying to figure out what went wrong. Why was my role changing. Did I do something wrong, did I fail my objectives. Coming full circle to realize that I had in deep accomplished was was put in front of me, and that I simply needed to find another challenging position within the organization . This led to my first pivot in my career, which has driven me to propel forward in a way I could have never imagined. My stories of being triumphant, of being the 'only' in many spaces, of carving out a space and elevating my voice while at the same time influencing leaders above me and below me.
I am an Afro-Latina, who has spent the last 30+ years very specifically in the Technology (Quality Assurance), being an influencer and a leader. I was born in Puerto Rico, Boston-raised from Dominican parents. I come from a loving family of entrepreneurs, both parents and siblings and children.
