I am a Conscious Living Expert who helps women leaders and businesses deepen their own awareness in order to facilitate deeper, more meaningful and more consistent growth.
I am passionate about helping women deepen their own inner connection in order to support their outward growth. I am also passionate about helping businesses understand what is happening energetically in their company and to see what needs to happen in order for business growth. From there we can build a solid base from which they can create a positive corporate culture that is holistic in nature and conducive to higher yield.
My greatest business 'AHA' is that our growth is wrapped around and within the personal growth-work that we do. If we are not tending our inner ecology, our success will be impacted. We may not succeed or we may not experience as great of expansion as is possible. In line with this awareness is the understanding that our employees will shift their energy to harmonize with the lowest energy of the group - which impacts productivity, collaboration and ultimately success.
After acquiring an MBA with a Specialization in Non-Profit management, I spent 10 years in a leadership role in the Non-Profit Sector. As my work progressed, I felt called to step into a role in which I could support women leaders in deepening their connection to their own intuition and develop strategies that lead to greater clarity, productivity and that place self-care at the top of their list. Always deeply connected to my own intuition, which was instrumental in helping me raise over $30 Million dollars during my Non-Profit tenure, the nature of my work bridges the practical and the Spiritual. While working in the NFP sector I began pointing out that Non-Profits were oftentimes built on 'lack' mentality and that wouldn't lead to success. Later when I left the NFP sector and opened my own Wellness Studio, it became apparent that my own growth directly impacted my success. As I transitioned into Coaching and Teaching, I can see in my clients and their businesses what stage of energetic growth they are in (follows the Chakra system or energy system in the body) and what internal and group growth needs to happen in order for them to move forward and reach their goals. Basically, if we aren't focused on our internal growth, both individually an collectively, our external growth suffers.
