Biography

Your organization has a great product or service and talented employees but in order to reach your full potential, you need great leaders. My mission is to support you when you want to transform your managers into leaders, when team members are overwhelmed and moral is low, when you want to improve personal and team productivity or when you want to develop a world class culture where everyone is happy and engaged.

Kemi is an engineer turned leadership facilitator and coach who helps organizations bridge their leadership gap. She brings to the table over twenty years of combined experience in engineering, project management, successfully leading projects, running business operations and championing new initiatives in the different roles she has held at different companies such as Polaroid, Gillette, Electric Boat, Millipore, United Technologies. She has also served on the management team of a local Coca-Cola Bottling plant and recently as Engineering Planning Director at a Transportation company.

She offers a unique experience and insight to her audiences. She offers customized presentations to fit your individual or team’s needs and budget in the form of: lunch and learns - 30 minute to one hour presentations; half-day and full-day workshop/seminars, in-house corporate training, executive and personal retreats, and strategic planning sessions.

She is a member of the John Maxwell Leadership Institute where she earned her leadership training and coaching certification, and DISC Facilitation and Behavioral Analysis Consultant certification.

Origin Story

I started my career as a chemical engineer and I have held different roles as Project Engineer, Project Manager lean Leader, and Quality Manager, and currently Director of Planning (Engineering Operations) over a twenty year career. My long standing passion for entrepreneurship, personal development and my desire to help organizations move from the status quo so that they can thrive and win, led me to launch the Growth Studio. We empower individuals and organizations to discover what's possible and help them grow to their full potential so that they can have a greater impact.
