IRENE'S PATH TO DIGITAL WELLNESS FOUNDER AND ADVOCATE:
Over 10,000 phone photos, four email accounts with tens of thousands of messages, dozens of social accounts between personal and professional life, and 100% overwhelm…
It was at this make-or-break point that entrepreneur Irene Williams developed a system to declutter, organize, and manage her digital life.
The solutions she created immediately improved her day-to-day productivity and, long-term, proved to be effective, simple, and sustainable. She gained hours back in her week, grew her business, and unlocked time and mental energy for creative pursuits. She knew she couldn’t keep her approaches for tech transformation to herself, so she began speaking and teaching “Declutter Your Digital Life” at conferences and online.
Today, Irene is founder and lead educator of The Digital Life Academy. An advocate for digital wellness, she offers neuroscience-informed, practical courses for digital decluttering and organization to individuals and teams. Her evidence-based approaches address all aspects of digital life: email, social, phone use, photos, files—even virtual meetings. She gets to the heart—and mind—of the matter so executives and team members can experience lasting change and gain translatable soft skills to help in other areas of career and personal life.
Beyond her passion for helping people cut the digital clutter, Irene is also an emerging voice in the personal development space, offering life coaching and resources for entrepreneurial women. She holds certification in Applied Neuroscience for Coaches and Trauma-informed Life Coaching.
These professional pursuits and qualifications are a world away from her previous role as a digital marketing agency owner and something Irene could never have imagined for herself prior to decluttering her digital life. As she says, “Digital decluttering was the one thing that changed everything for me. It’s amazing how far and fast you can go when you finally remove the road block!”
