Biography

Lauren captivates audiences with her energetic approach to conflict management and leadership development, creating spaces where intellectual growth meets emotional safety. She transforms complex interpersonal challenges into "totally relevant" actionable strategies, empowering participants to immediately control stress and humanize their work interactions. Attendees consistently describe her sessions as "amazing" and "enjoyable," leaving them feeling insightful and equipped with practical tools for both professional and personal growth. Her unique blend of fun, interactive methods reminds leaders of the fundamental "magic" in effective coaching, making her expertise valuable across all organizational levels.

Passion

Lauren is on a mission to flip the script on leadership. She builds psychologically safe, innovative teams by turning outdated norms on their heads, injecting humor into heavy conversations, and igniting real change.

Her passion lies in creating energized spaces where bold ideas, honest dialogue, and creative risks are encouraged and supported. She believes that when leaders ditch the performance masks and connect with purpose, teams show up and succeed.

At her core, Lauren is driven by a deep belief: When people feel safe, seen, and supported, their potential becomes unstoppable. That’s the spark she brings into every room.

Best Story

In 2015, Lauren did what most people only dream—or fear—of doing. She hit the reset button. Hard.

After years climbing the ladder and playing by the rules, something inside her snapped. The life that once looked picture-perfect felt suffocating. So she made a series of bold, life-altering moves: she ended her marriage, sold her home, left behind a decade-long career, and moved across the country with no job, no roadmap, and zero clients—just a fierce inner knowing that there had to be more.

What looked like chaos from the outside was, in truth, clarity in motion. By stripping away what no longer served her, Lauren unlocked the power of reinvention and discovered that radical change isn’t about falling apart, it’s about finally falling into alignment.

Through that journey, she unearthed her calling: helping leaders and teams ignite their own transformations from the inside out. No fluff, no facades just the real work of building clarity, confidence, and capacity.

Today, Lauren channels that same brave energy to help others trust themselves, lead boldly, and create sustainable impac without the burnout, the people-pleasing, or the soul-sucking status quo.

Because when you stop trying to fit in, you finally make space to stand out and stand tall (even when you're 5'3).

Origin Story

Starting from the age of six when I learned how to crochet, I have always been driven by creating, selling and adjusting my approach. This little hobby grew to a full-scale business and supported my tuition expenses while attending Rutgers University. I hung up my hooks for the corporate world in 2005, where I excelled in the ranks, but didn’t feel the same creative passion. After co-founding a CrossFit Gym in Las Vegas and coaching professionals, the light bulb went off. I needed to launch people into their awesomeness on a greater scale. After getting certified as a professional coach and reaching the PCC certification level, I combined my 20+ years of entrepreneurial experience with the tools and tactics of a certified coach.

Lauren's journey into coaching began with her passion for unlocking the potential in individuals and teams. After years of navigating complex organizational challenges herself, she realized the transformative power of coaching and decided to dedicate her career to helping others achieve clarity and success in their professional lives.
