Biography

Nancy Di Nuzzo is a CPA, founder, and speaker helping people navigate work, parenthood, ambition, and the bigger question of what they actually want from their lives.

After more than a decade in public accounting—including time at Deloitte—Nancy saw how little space there is for the realities people are managing outside of work. That perspective now shapes everything she builds and speaks about.

She is the founder of Anamav, a platform supporting parents through the transition into parenthood and helping organizations better support their people during that time. Her work uses motherhood as a powerful lens to explore bigger themes like identity, ambition, mental load, and career transitions.

Nancy speaks on topics including the new parenthood, parental leave, mental health, entrepreneurship, career growth, and what it really takes to build a life that feels aligned—not just successful on paper. She also explores how people are increasingly turning to tools like AI for clarity and support, and what that means for decision-making, connection, and leadership.

Known for her honest and relatable style, Nancy blends personal insight with practical perspective—leaving audiences with both clarity and a new way of thinking about how they live and work.

Origin Story

My journey into entrepreneurship started when I was hospitalized due to a mental health crisis following the birth of my first child. Prior to this, I had a successful career as a CPA, working as a senior tax advisor. This traumatic experience fuelled my desire to support new parents (and create Anamav), and my entrepreneurial journey has led me to expand into speaking, advisory, and writing.
