Biography

Janet C. Bernstein helps high-performing leaders stop leading on autopilot and start leading on purpose. A keynote speaker, ten-time author, and creator of the Lead Like a Rebel movement, Janet challenges the outdated leadership playbook that rewards burnout, overwork, and invisible talent. After walking away from corporate burnout, she built a new standard for leadership. One rooted in clarity, courage, and culture people don’t want to leave. Through her signature frameworks, including Lead Like a Rebel and the G.L.O.W. Code, Janet equips leaders to see what others miss, say what others avoid, and build teams that actually want to stay, grow, and perform. Her work doesn’t just inspire insight. It changes how leaders lead. She is certified in emotional intelligence, and infuses her extensive experience in body language and human behavior to deliver powerful keynotes and workshops for groups of all sizes.
