Kristen McAlister empowers business leaders through intentional leadership and dynamic teams. As a mother, Ironman triathlete, and wife of a retired Marine, Kristen brings a unique blend of real-world experiences and relentless mindset to every challenge. As an owner of Cerius Executives, she has dedicated the last 15 years to helping companies build leadership teams that build the business. A speaker and 4x author, she simplifies complex concepts into actionable strategies and inspires leaders. She believes the best way to win the race is to start at the finish line. Origin Story

When I married someone in the military I knew the next 15+ years was going to be a series of relocations. At the time, I had been laid off as a result of the company being acquired and I was exploring my career options. I was clear that I wanted to maintain a career, despite moving every 1-3 years, and have a family. When the opportunity to purchaes Cerius Executives came along, I saw how I could fit it into our lives and we were off and running.
