Passion

First, I am passionate about rocks, pizza, my family, books, my two cats, and my two dogs - they are super cute and sweet.

Work-wise, I love witnessing my "AHA" moments in the audience and celebrating my client's transformations. I feel like many professionals and entrepreneurs, especially women, tend to get locked up in self-imposed limitations that come from years of societal messages, past traumas, and deeply embedded fears.

I love working with my clients to identify self-doubt and unlock new levels of confidence so they can work through strategic growth frameworks and thrive as executives and entrepreneurs.

Best Story

A client came to me after she had been job searching on her own for almost two years. Two years. Updating her resume. Applying online. Trying to “figure it out.” And when we started working together, she said something I’ll never forget.

She signed up for my 6-month career transformation program, and said, “Coach Liz, I just want you to know… if this doesn’t work, I’m okay with that.”

And I remember thinking, quietly to myself, it might be okay with you… but it is not okay with me.

Now, I can’t guarantee timelines. I can’t snap my fingers and create offers. But I do know this: if you work the methodology, if you actually engage your network instead of hiding from it, it works.

Still, the ups and downs of a job search can be hard, and I knew I had to keep her focused. So I asked what would change in her life once she landed her new role. She said, “I can buy a house on a lake.”

So over the next four months, that became my rally cry — remember the house on the lake.

I got her talking to people she already knew. I taughter how to articulate her value. We practiced the asks. We pushed through the discomfort.

Through her network, she landed an incredible role at a large company with a generous relocation package.

And then we had our next Zoom session.

Her face wasn’t on the screen.

Instead, I saw water.
Trees.
Grass.

I was squinting at my computer, thinking, what am I looking at right now?

Then she slowly pans the camera.

There’s a gorgeous white house.
On a lake.

Finally, she turns the camera around to her face, and she is beaming. And she says, “Coach Liz, I wanted the first thing you saw to be my house on the lake.”

I tear up every time I tell this story, because that’s what my work is about. It’s about changing people’s lives so they can build their dreams into reality. That's my life's mission, and I love it.
