I teach women how to set aside their competition and self-criticism in favor of celebration and love - and how that will change their lives and the world itself! I also love to teach women how to love themselves and care for themselves better so that they shine brighter for bigger impact!
I may share my future visions or my sorted past with female friendships, or I may share the time I was run over by a cow (yes, really).
What a long and winding road! Every choice and every change has led me right here - a place I wouldn't trade for the world, but I do always say that the start of my self-work journey was my personal rock-bottom, crying (again) in the bathtub moment - that moment in my life when I had everything - and it all felt wrong and hollow. That led me to needing a solution for my sadness - and I found positive affirmations and that led down a youtube rabbit hole which led me to a self-work and self-discovery path I have no desire to come out of. :)
