Biography

I'm Anne Gillaspie, speaker, strategic founder, brand therapist, and insatiably curious human. I believe truth is the most powerful brand tool we have. When we strip away performance and perfection, what’s left is the clarity we’ve been searching for.

I’ve spent the last decade helping founders, creatives, and high-performing executives excavate what’s real, about themselves and their work, so they can build brands that feel like home. I’m the CEO and founder of Fix & Form, co-founder and CEO of 10toLaunch, host of the OnlyFounders podcast, and creator of the Share Your Fear movement.

Share Your Fear is a tool, a truth practice, and a call to stop hiding the part of you that’s dying to be seen. It helps high-functioning people name the thing they’ve buried the longest and speak it out loud. Because once you say the thing you're afraid to say, everything changes.

I move fast and go deep. I'm known for activating ideas, unlocking emotional roadblocks, and building high-trust relationships that lead to real transformation. My clients call me the “brand therapist” because I blend empathy with straight talk and strategic precision. Whether I'm scaling a new company, coaching a founder, or building a brand from scratch, I get to the truth behind the business...and that’s where the magic happens.

Beyond the work, I’m raising three wild kids, dancing hard, lifting heavy, and living out loud in Denver with my (incredible!) husband and our sheepadoodle, Noodles.

Best Story

The thing I said on the couch that one night that would change my life forever, and I didn't know how radical truth telling would save my life and pull me out of the depression I was suffocating in.

Origin Story

At thirty five the pain rose to the surface and she finally told the truth that had been waiting for years. That truth did not break her life. It gave her one.

Anne built Share Your Fear from that moment of clarity and she has spent years guiding founders, leaders, and creators back to the part of themselves they stopped listening to. She helps people name what they have buried and reconnect to the voice that has never stopped wanting to be heard.

Her work is visceral and personal and anchored in lived experience. She speaks with the grounded authority of someone who has walked through the fire and come out with her voice intact. Through storytelling, presence, and honest inquiry, Anne shows people how to step back into themselves and reclaim the courage, curiosity, and connection that make a life feel real.
