Best Story

There are so many stories I can share after more than 25 years in the high tech, high growth tech community. I often share stories of being the only woman on an engineering team at a high growth tech company, launching and/or co-launching numerous organizations to help start ups with funding and growth strategies/product market fit; founding an informal women's dinner organization in Boston, NYC, and Washington DC - 7 years strong to ensure women network and lean on each other throughout their rise as executives. I have many stories to share about ways technology can be the most amazing thing in the world, but if your market doesn't now about it, it doesn't matter - like a tree falling in the woods, if no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound? If no one knows about your amazing tech service or product, does it matter? Why, no matter what your role within a company, that knowing how to sell is key to your success. And more recently, powerful stories about AI and ways to leverage AI models to drive growth and success. So many stories!

Origin Story

My journey began as a 12-year-old who loved competitive swimming AND won her middle school science fair. These two sides of me - the competitor with the constant drive to achieve in combination with the side that's curious about STEM/technology, always wondering what else technology can achieve/deliver - are what make me unique. I started my career as a trailblazing geospatial engineer, spearheading the creation of digital products for national security agencies and global entities. My career trajectory, deeply rooted at the intersection of emerging, data intensive technologies, business, and people-centric strategies, has been marked by transformative roles. Most recently, I co-founded Watering Hole AI after years of frustration as a hyper growth Go-To-Market expert who knew AI models could drive fresh revenue by solving well-documented (and expensive) #MarTech challenges. Prior to co-founding my own company, I was notably the Senior Vice President at 3Pillar Global, helping to propel the company's custom digital product services, owning P&L >$35M, and contributing significantly to the company’s ability to triple its ARR and execute two private equity events in less than five years.
As Senior Vice President at Top Employers Institute, my expertise opening new markets was tapped into by the European-based global business to help expand their global footprint, and drive insights, analytics services and support for Fortune 100/500 clients across three countries. Prior to this, I led strategic growth at LiveSafe, where my early stage leadership fostered the development of an enterprise-class safety and risk intelligence platform, catering to prestigious universities, military institutions, and enterprises, ultimately becoming an integral part of VectorSolutions.
