Rebecca is an international life coach and podcast host who helps career-focused parents stop feeling overwhelmed and "not enough" so they can be present with their kids while crushing their career goals.
Through her coaching programs and podcast, Ambitious and Balanced Working Moms, Rebecca has helped thousands of parents learn to feel confident in who they are, what they want and the value they bring to their company and family. She teaches an inside-out approach to creating work-life balance that gives individuals 100% control over their time, energy and success.
My objective is simple: to equip people with practical tools to set and protect healthy work-life boundaries, avoid burnout,
and stay fully present at home—while still thriving in their professional lives.
When I first got pregnant, I thought I’d just jump right back into work and life after maternity leave. But then my beautiful daughter arrived, and everything felt confusing. When I returned to work, the joy I once felt in my career seemed lost. My home life suffered too. I felt caught between two worlds—both deeply important, yet neither truly thriving. I never felt like I had enough time to be the mom I wanted to be, or enough energy to give to my work.
Fast forward a bit. After a year of soul-searching, I learned how to align who I was—as a woman, a mom, a partner, and a leader—with what mattered most to me: my family, my work, and the life I wanted to be present for. I became a coach because I wanted my passion and gifts to align with my time and energy. I left a successful full-time role, pursued coaching, and now work with parents who are navigating the same tension—wanting to show up fully at home and at work, without feeling like they’re constantly failing one or the other.
People pleasing is a behavior that prevents women from experiencing work-life balance. It causes them to say yes to too many things, to not delegate, to work late and always be available. People pleasers don’t want anyone else to feel disappointed and so they avoid conflict at all costs. But people pleasing isn’t really what you think. In this training I share the truth about people pleasing, what you’re actually trying to avoid by people pleasing and 2 things you need to do to stop the people pleasing behaviors.
You’ve been taught that confidence comes from doing more, achieving more, being more. But what if the most powerful kind
of confidence doesn’t come from accomplishments at all? In this eye-opening workshop, coach Rebecca Olson will show you
how to build unshakable confidence rooted in your human value—the worth you’ve had since the day you were born. You’ll
learn how to quiet the voice that says you're not doing enough, stop tying your identity to productivity, and finally feel good
about yourself without the hustle. If you’re ready to stop striving and start believing, this is where it begins.
Traditional forms of self-care are, at best, a short break from the daily grind and only leave you wanting more. In this workshop, Rebecca will be teaching an inside-out approach to self-care that has you feeling rested and filled up for longer periods of time. She will address what it takes to care for your mental and emotional health and provide effective “in the moment” tools so that you leave work with more energy and joy.
As long as your brain continues to believe that your value is found in how much you do and how well you do it, you will always prioritize DOING MORE instead of resting, being present and having fun.In this talk, I will teach the 3 fundamental beliefs that allow you to de-prioritize work (while remaining productive and successful) so that you can feel confident in what you’ve accomplished and be able to enjoy life outside of work.
The biggest obstacle to honoring your boundaries isn’t time, other people, or your workload—it’s an uncomfortable feeling. Saying "no" might mean disappointing someone, risking imperfection, or feeling like you’re falling short. But avoiding discomfort keeps you stuck in overwhelm. In this session, you’ll learn how to recognize and manage these emotions so they no longer hold you back. I’ll walk you through a simple protocol to help you confidently uphold your boundaries and create a life that feels truly balanced.
A priorities-first life is essential to work-life balance. You and your family need to feel like they are #1, but not at the sacrifice of your career. When you look at your calendar, it needs to be filled with “want-to’s” instead of “have-to’s” which takes having an overall vision for your life based on values, priorities and goals. There are 4 essential decisions you need to make in order to start living by your priorities and in this workshop, I will walk you through what they are, why they’re important and how to start living by them.
The biggest challenge to being 100% present with your family after work isn’t your workload—it’s your work-brain that won’t turn off. Thoughts about unfinished tasks and lingering to-dos keep you mentally stuck in work mode, even when you’re physically home. The key to breaking this cycle? A strong work-to-home transition. In this training, Rebecca will guide you through four essential steps to creating a strong work-to-home transition along with the mindset required to make it effective.
Balance is a catch-all word. It means something different to each of. Most people equate balance to multi-tasking and being able to juggle several priorities at the same time. In reality, balance is a feeling. It is a state of calm, control and “enoughness” no matter how many things you got done today. In this training I will be demystifying work-life balance, and sharing what it takes to FEEL balanced, no matter what season of life you are. You will walk away with a clear overview of what balance is, what it is not and the 3 steps it takes to achieve it.
