Origin Story

Nikki Ryberg didn’t plan to become a Career Coach—it just evolved that way. After more than 15 years climbing the ladder in Human Resources leadership—spanning Fortune 100 corporations, state government, biotech, and small business—she hit a wall of burnout and decided to step away on her youngest child’s second day of kindergarten. Grateful to finally be done with daycare bills and ready to breathe again, she left without a plan.

Soon, former colleagues began asking for help with their resumes. As word spread, Nikki realized most weren’t just updating documents—they were trying to figure out what’s next. What began as resume writing naturally grew into career coaching, helping people define their direction, pursue meaningful goals, and rediscover confidence in the process.

Today, she helps students, career returners, and mid-career professionals do the same.
