I absolutely love when I see the glow on a clients face when they get those life-changing a-ha's. When there is a breakthrough of applying simple things to help what feels like big problems in their life and witnessing the relief melt their body. It's amazing to behold. Speaking allows me the opportunity to reach more souls who are looking for that shift. The clarity on what's holding them back. Major transformation sometimes takes months, but the door can be opened from stage and the invitation to walk through is always there.
I’ve been a healer my whole life. Even as a little girl, I was the one helping others feel seen and cared for. Placing a gentle hand on a loved one’s knee so they wouldn’t feel alone. That instinct to nurture and connect guided me into a career in massage therapy and energy work. Helping people came naturally.
But what I didn’t realize back then was that I was giving to others what I most longed to feel myself; love, peace, and belonging. My own tank was empty, and I kept trying to fill it by pouring into everyone else.
This is why I do what I do. Healing myself allowed me to guide others on this journey too.
I spent 20 years as a massage therapist guiding people towards healing but had untapped potential waiting to spring forward. I couldn't see the next step because my vision was clouded by fear, doubt and a lack of confidence from a rough childhood and addiction in my 20's. Sobriety became my first act of self-love but it was only the beginning. The real transformation came when I learned to stop fixing everyone else first and started listening to my intuition. Through energy work, somatic healing, and spiritual study, I began to rebuild my life from the inside out. I discovered what it meant to live in alignment. Where peace, purpose, and joy flow naturally because they come from within. I have spent the last 15 years reading books, attending workshops, seminars and hiring coaches to learn how to truly overcome my own self limitations. I apply this well-earned life experience to my practice helping others realize their full potential and live their dream life.
