I am passionate about lifting people up; especially the silent heroes who haven't felt like they have a voice and I strive to do the same for organizations through my solution. As an AI innovator and CEO, I help mid-sized technology service companies unlock and communicate their true business outcomes, enabling both individuals and teams to thrive.
I was born in India, spent part of my childhood in Uganda, and later grew up in Canada before building my career along the U.S. East Coast. Experiencing so many cultures firsthand taught me the value of diversity and the power of seeing the world from multiple perspectives. I am also passionate about the arts. I spent over 20 years studying Indian classical dance, and I love advocating for creative expression as a way to bring people together and celebrate what makes us unique.
Early on in my personal and professional journey, I felt pressure to shrink myself to minimize my ideas, voice, or ambitions in order to fit into rooms dominated by louder voices or more traditional expectations. After decades in the corporate world feeling defeated and burned out, I decided to embark on a 10-day silent meditation retreat that challenged me to sit with discomfort, doubts, and uncertainty. During that transformative experience, I discovered a deep reservoir of resilience, learning that true strength comes from embracing vulnerability and persisting through silence and adversity. Emerging from the retreat, I found the clarity and confidence needed to start my own company, and I am committed to help others use their own resilience to create impact.
