Crispin Spaeth is a movement and performance coach who supports women in claiming their voice with clarity, confidence, and care for their well-being. Her work supports sustainable executive presence—so speaking feels grounded and authentic, not forced or performative.
With 30+ years of study in the Alexander Technique, a background as a professional choreographer and creative producer, and 8+ years of presence coaching, Crispin has worked with hundreds of clients across leadership, entrepreneurship, wellness, and the arts.
Her approach is grounded in Integrative Alexander Technique, a whole-self method long used by performers and speakers to improve presence, voice, focus, and resilience. Clients come to her to reduce speaking anxiety, prevent burnout, and communicate with greater ease and impact.
Crispin works especially well with women who want to be heard—on stage, on camera, or in the room—without sacrificing their health in the process.
My first career was as a contemporary dance choreographer. I was juggling creative projects, side hustles, long days, and a body that was working harder than it needed to.
Like many people, I kept pushing until it became clear that pushing wasn’t the solution.
Finding Integrative Alexander Technique changed how I related to my body but it also changed how I thought, communicated and stayed present.
Over time, I started noticing the same patterns in others who are smart, capable people bracing their way through work they actually care about.
