Atousa is guided by a deep calling to support emotional healing and self-discovery. She knows that every person holds the possibility of living beyond the weight of past traumas and limiting patterns. Rooted in compassion and authenticity, her work creates a safe, nurturing space where individuals can explore their inner landscapes and reconnect with resilience, awareness, and freedom.
One of Atousa’s most powerful stage stories begins with her life as an engineer, when everything she had built suddenly collapsed. In the midst of divorce, financial hardship, and mounting health struggles, she found herself unable to continue in her career — staring at the screen, unable to read the very documents she had once written.
Out of that breaking point, she turned fully inward and back to creativity: taking out her art supplies, reading Rumi as if for the first time, and teaching herself digital tools that became a new language for expression. As she peeled back layers of inherited fear, trauma, and childhood experiences growing up in war-torn Iran, she discovered what she now calls “the space before thought” — a place of raw awareness beneath the chaos of the mind.
Sharing this story on stage, she invites audiences to meet their own challenges not as failures but as openings into presence, self-love, and the everyday practices that make being present possible.
Atousa’s path into healing began while she was still an engineer — she started studying energy healing in 2002 and was already on a long arc of self-discovery. Her childhood dream had always been to serve as a healer and teacher, a calling she first felt while watching stories of prophets as a young girl.
When her life unraveled during a divorce — with the pressures of single motherhood and serious financial hardship — the inner practices she’d begun moved into overdrive. She turned to art, poetry, and digital creation as a way to process and heal, receiving insights and messages that opened new layers of awareness. Working with a shamanic mentor deepened what she was already practicing, but it was through her own lived experience that she developed unique tools and modalities blending energy work, shamanic teachings, intuition, and creativity. This turning point marked her path of service, guiding others to release fear, heal trauma, and reconnect with their true presence.
What if the peace you’ve been searching for has been within you all along — hidden beneath the layers of fear, stories, and identities you’ve carried? In this talk, I’ll share how the collapse of my life as an engineer became the doorway to my greatest discovery: what I call the space before thought. Together, we will explore how to step into this space of awareness where clarity, joy, and freedom naturally arise.
You’ll learn how to recognize fear-based patterns that keep you looping in anxiety and self-doubt, and how to release them with compassion. I’ll share simple practices for grounding, emotional regulation, and heart-led communication that you can carry into daily life — whether at work, in your relationships, or in moments of stress.
This is more than a talk; it’s an invitation to reconnect with your authentic self and to live with greater presence, love, and freedom.
