Origin Story

As the child of a parent who suffered a traumatic brain injury, I spent my life navigating the realities of neurodiversity. This, coupled with my studies of psychology and brain science, gave me a firsthand view of the strengths and struggles that can occur when people think and communicate in different ways. These experiences inspired my career as a disability lawyer and fueled my interest in breaking down stigmas, improving workplace inclusion and helping leaders recognize and optimize the talents of today's neurodiverse workforce.
