I've never been afraid to speak up in a group. In high school, I was the MC for our pep assembly...there were 3,000 students in the audience. As my career started, I never thought of being a keynote speaker. I hired speakers but never thought of myself as one. Until I started sharing my knowledge at industry events from the breakout stage. I found my voice in a different way. I found I loved the teaching and sharing of knowledge. When I started my own business in 2023, I stepped back and looked at how I could expand on my speaking. As I looked at what else I could share, I found myself inspired. I realized I had a pretty unique path in my career, and it was something I carved that was not the "norm." So, I took my love for telling stories and decided to share mine and the method I created to accomplish what I have. It's a strategy that works for leadership development and for business/organizational development (in my consulting work). And I love sharing it with audiences all over the world.
