I am a huge self care advocate and a realist. Somewhere somehow we as a society has gotten to a point where of illusion is better than reality. The reason why? Living or residing in an illusionary world, doesn't hurt, but the realities of life can and will hurt. Apart of being a realist is accepting what IS than what COULD BE. This is something, I've learned to master even in the toughest of times and now, I bring this "acceptance" to the workplace and create a bridge between generations in the workplace.
