Biography

Tammy Williams is the Founder, CEO & Principal Strategist of BGoodPartners™, a boutique impact consulting firm helping purpose-driven leaders elevate their impact through expert governance, people-centered operations, and mission-aligned strategy. A dynamic speaker, advisor, and entrepreneur, Tammy brings decades of experience at the intersection of leadership, equity, and social good.

She is the creator and host of the Voices of Impact™ podcast, which features two powerful series—Changemakers Unlocked and The Nourish Note—spotlighting bold leaders and fresh ideas that challenge the status quo and reimagine what’s possible. Tammy also produces the renowned Ellevate Network Podcast: Conversations with Women Changing the Face of Business, amplifying voices from the world’s largest community of women at work.

Tammy is passionate about connecting the dots—between people, ideas, and systems—to uncover powerful opportunities for change. She believes people are at their best when they feel seen, supported, and aligned with purpose. And she believes business is at its best when it leads with values, centers humanity, and turns purpose into measurable impact.

Her work and leadership have earned national and international recognition. Tammy was selected to testify before the U.S. House Small Business Committee on access to capital for women and minorities and was honored with a proclamation by the Pennsylvania Senate for her contributions to economic development. She was named one of the “25 Most Influential Black Women in Business” by The Network Journal and Mobil Oil.

Tammy has spoken nationally and internationally on leadership, equity, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven business. She is a Rotarian and currently serves as Chair of Rotaract District 7450 in Pennsylvania, overseeing service leadership and civic engagement across ten counties.

Whether on stage, in the boardroom, or behind the mic, Tammy empowers audiences to lead with clarity, courage, and purpose.

My journey started in boardrooms and back offices, navigating the complexities of leadership, compliance, and operations. I saw firsthand how organizations could be technically successful yet completely miss the mark on impact, equity, and purpose. Over time, I realized that too often, doing good was treated as an afterthought—not a strategy.

I’ve never been one to accept “this is just how it’s done.” I love to challenge and buck the status quo—especially when it’s no longer serving people or progress. My ah-ha moment came when I was asked to fix a so-called “people problem” that was really a values problem. That moment made it clear: sustainable success starts from within—with governance, operations, and strategy rooted in integrity and aligned with purpose.

I launched BGoodPartners™ to help mission-driven leaders lead with clarity, courage, and conviction. And I created the Voices of Impact™ podcast to spotlight those redefining what good leadership looks like—doing good while making good, and making good while doing good.

Through its two series—Changemakers Unlocked, which features bold leaders disrupting systems and creating real-world impact, and The Nourish Note, which explores the intersections of well-being, justice, and community—I amplify stories that challenge norms, uplift voices, and spark action.
