Biography

Olivia helps leaders and organizations create and integrate strategies that center everyday health as the key infrastructure for sustainable impact. Her work focuses on helping leaders cultivate whole-person health through daily habits that result in sharper decision making, mental clarity, sustainable energy and joy.

Her approach combines faith, whole-person wellness and behavioral science, guiding clients to make personalized shifts in nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, spiritual and emotional well-being.

As a Health Strategist and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Olivia supports organizations and individuals looking to build systems that build their capacity to lead themselves and others well, without burning out, helping them reconnect with their values and rebuild energy through healthy microhabits that align with their lives.

With 17 years of experience in corporate finance and her own lived experience of running on dry, Olivia understands what it means to appear successful on paper but feel soul-level fatigue. Her transformation didn’t come from dramatic change, but from small, value-aligned choices that honored her whole self. Now, she helps others do the same, moving from exhaustion to recharged, one anchored step at a time.

Olivia enjoys indulging in life’s simplest pleasures, laughing with her kids, a good book, exploring nature and the arts.
