I'm a medical doctor, holistic nutritionist, and life coach. I help people return to what’s real, vulnerable, wise, and whole within themselves, so they can live with presence, clarity, and connection. Through coaching, workshops, and education that honor both science and soul, I create safe spaces for lasting change.
Helping underserved communities
For as long as I can remember, I wanted to become a doctor. I followed that dream all the way through medical school, but just as I was preparing to enter residency, I felt a desire for a life that reflected all parts of who I am. That pull led me to become a holistic nutritionist, then a Functional Medicine Health Coach, and now, a Life Coach. Along the way, I’ve gained a richer understanding of myself and what it truly means to be human. Today, I speak from the stage, sharing the insights I’ve gathered—not only from my personal journey, but from the courageous stories of the clients I’ve had the honor to walk alongside.
In a world that pushes us to have quick answers and instant solutions, true courage lies in pausing and allowing ourselves to sit with uncertainty rather than rushing to fill the silence. This talk explores why bravery isn’t always about action, but about trusting the process of not knowing. When we resist the urge to force answers, we create space for deeper wisdom, alignment, and clarity.
