Through her company, Blue Morpho Coaching & Consulting, she equips individuals and organizations with the tools to lead with clarity, compassion, and courage.
I light up when I'm helping leaders break free from either/or thinking and unlock the power of both/and. There's nothing more energizing than watching someone realize they don’t have to choose between competing values - they can actually maximize both for better results, deeper connection, and lasting impact.
I once got fired over a LinkedIn post - and it ended up being the greatest gift. I had been over-indexing on people-pleasing, performing well but losing my own voice in the process. The moment I decided to reclaim that voice and stand in my own truth, everything changed. I share this story on stage to help audiences see how common tensions - like self vs. others, control vs. freedom - aren’t problems to solve, but polarities to navigate. It’s a humorous, heartfelt story that shows how navigating polarities is the key to authentic leadership.
I grew up in a small town where being different often meant being othered. In middle school, I watched classmates suffer because of their race, sexuality, or income level - and I felt their pain deeply. That early exposure to “othering” planted a lifelong commitment to create spaces where all voices are valued. After completing my coaching certification at Georgetown, I started sharing what I’d learned online. When I got fired for doing so, I realized I was living my very own polarity - employee vs. entrepreneur. That’s when Blue Morpho Coaching & Consulting was born. Today, I help leaders turn polarities into power and tension into transformation.
