I am an ACC level coach with a background in the dental field as an orthodontist. I help high achievers reset how they work and live using my P.A.C.E. Framework™, a simple structure to help them stay successful without burning out. My work is part coaching, part mindset reset, and part redesigning how success actually works in my clients' lives.
I'm here to empower people. Too often, we forget that we have choice and agency in everything we do. My passion lies in helping people reframe what real success looks like for them so that they can live in a more aligned, balanced way and contribute to their organizations with greater impact.
My personal wake-up call happened in 2017. For much of my life, I was a perfectionist and high-achiever--always go-go-go/do-do-do. When a serious case of ocular shingles decommissioned me for a matter of months, I had the revelation that the way I was "doing" my life wasn't working for me. Through this story, I can speak to my personal evolution into a more balanced way of life-- one that is in alignment with my authentic values and feels more enjoyable and empowering. More importantly, it stands as an invitation for others to remember that they don't have to be a prisoner of their own making in order to attain real success.
As a recovering perfectionist and over-achiever, I was always grinding away at attaining the next big goal. This was something I was praised and rewarded for regularly. However, I wasn't able to get much satisfaction out of my achievements before I was onto the next shiny thing. And I was running myself ragged. Through a series of life experiences, I've gained the wisdom to know that life satisfaction won't come from my accomplishments. It comes from knowing who I really am and having the courage to offer the unique value I inherently have. The traits of an over-achiever/perfectionist can be a superpower--and we should use them as such. But when they hijack our lives, they aren't serving us. Once I learned this for myself, I had an intense interest in helping others do the same. That is how I came to find and train in 1:1 coaching. Public speaking is one step that will allow me to impact a greater number of people in a meaningful, positive way.
