Ameeta Soni is a C-level marketing expert, consultant, serial entrepreneur, and investor. She has broad experience driving revenues and profits by executing winning strategies, launching new products, penetrating markets, rapidly growing demand, building strong brands, and creating strategic partnerships. Ameeta launched products which contributed over $600M in sales, and helped raise over $90M in venture capital. Ameeta serves as fractional or interim Chief Marketing Officer for technology and digital health companies. She previously served as CMO at VFA, PlatformQ Health, WorldAPP, and Assemble Systems. She grew revenues 300% at VFA, a global provider of SaaS and tech-enabled services. VFA was acquired by a PE-backed company. She earlier founded FitTrace, a provider of body composition app for athletes; Aanza, a product lifecycle management software company, and Aanza AutoID Group, provider of RFID technology services.
Ameeta is a member of the investment committee at Maroon Venture Partners Fund and a board observer/advisor at its portfolio companies HomeBinder, OmPractice, and TOP The Organic Project. She is a mentor at Techstars, Springboard, LearnLaunch, and VietChallenge accelerators. She has also served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at business Incubators in Vietnam. Ameeta is a charter member at TiE Boston and past chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge.
