Lindsey's academic foundation as a Pace University graduate with a BBA and MBA, combined with her SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications, makes her a powerhouse of knowledge and experience. Lindsey's expertise is backed by prestigious accolades, including the 2023 Susan R. Meisinger Fellowship Award and the 2024 SHRM NYS HR Professional of the Year.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Lindsey is deeply invested in the HR community. She serves as a board member of Westchester HR Management Association, a SHRM chapter, as Emerging Professionals Chair where she launched an inaugural mentorship program and has led four successful cohorts. Lindsey also serves on the executive committee of DisruptHR Westchester County.
Lindsey is passionate about mentorship and paving the way for the next generation. She is the Market Leader for the Engage New York program of Engage Mentoring, which enables organizations to offer unique mentoring and development programs for leaders and high potential employees. Lindsey also volunteers as a career mentor with several local and national organizations, including SHRM, YearUp, America Needs You, and Her Honor Mentoring.
